Update/Add descriptions in the basic-1.0.0

Issue RAD-82 was created on JIRA by David Davis:

Add more complete descriptions for the basic entries, for instance note that the calibration_software_version-1.0.0 is for the version of the software that creates the file.

filename should have some indication of how and from what the file is constructed, 

Name of the file.

Exposure-based science product file names are expressed as rpppppooovvv_ggsaa_eeeee_detector_prod.asdf, where:

• ppppp - Program Number
• ooo - Observation Number
• vvv - Visit Number
• gg - Visit Group
• s - Parallel Sequence id (1 prime, 2-5 parallel)
• aa - Activity (base 36)
• eeeee - Exposure Number
• detector - Detector name
• prod - Product type designation (Ex: uncal, cal)

model_type: records the name of the calibration pipeline software data model class to be used when loading/accessing the data in the ASDF file.
