Issue RAD-84 was created on JIRA by David Davis:

The International Celestial Reference System (ICRS) is a coordinate system used for directions in the celestial sphere, from the barycenter of the solar system. It specifies the coordinate's epoch as J2000.0

Should we also check for SSC input for other systems we may need to support? spectral systems?
