How to output report even on success?

I'm using jenkins with the violations plugin. Using jshint --reporter will create a report every time while using this plugin in to run from gulp doesn't if there are no errors. This causes jenkins think there are issues.

Is there a way to output the report always with this plugin? I've gulp.dest as well but maybe my syntax is wrong.
