Dashboard of streams for local setup

Like https://data.sparkfun.com/streams/ and https://data.sparkfun.com/streams/PUBLIC_KEY view, create a view for localhost setup.

1.) Handle /streams/ route.
2.) Create 1 view to show all the streams and
3.) Another page to show specific stream when clicked from #2 or accessed as http://localhost/streams/PUBLIC_KEY

This already exists, and for the most part it's the same as what data.sparkfun.com uses: https://github.com/sparkfun/phant-manager-http

I'll write a tutorial on how to add it to your local server soon.

@smonami You can now easily add the HTTP manager to a custom downloadable configuration using the new config tool: https://data.sparkfun.com/config

Please reopen this if you are still having issues getting it running.
