Fixes various test issues on non-UTC systems, e.g.
- Tests\Components\EventTest > an event can be a full day without specifying an end
Failed asserting that actual size 2 matches expected size 1. Parameters: [{},{}]
Failed asserting that actual size 2 matches expected size 1.
