As another important point of conjunction between RDF and Solr, we need to handle "rows" and "start" parameter on a Hybrid SPARQL query.

"rows" and "start" request parameters are now supported in Hybrid mode, therefore allowing pagination of SPARQL query responses without using LIMIT keyword. In addition this makes a concrete sense to the faceting feature introduced with the issue #28
