These additions look good to me, and the text they carry dates back to the oldest archive of the 1.3 I've found.
Comparing that old version with our current text (and upstream's current text), there seem to have been a number of accent changes (e.g. “INTEGRATION” → “INTÉGRATION”). I don't see any guidelines about accents, and expect we will want to mark the changed ones up with <alt>, but that can happen in a separate PR.
We probably also want to include upstream's MODE D’EMPLOI section, as we do with the GPL, etc. But that can happen in a separate PR too.
