tool: FK not shown as disabled #827

Reproduce: Select schema and then right click and select "Disable All Tables". Expand a disabled table and the fk are not shown as disabled.

Won't fix. It is hard to derive the correct behavior of disabling/enabling foreign keys since they are not only dependent on the parent table.
