This is meant as an enhancement to #30:

It would be nice to see a difference between three cases

no file below this folder is currently in the list
at least one file below this folder is currently in the list
all playable files below this folder is currently in the list

of course, for single files only 1 and 3 can apply, but m3u files should count as folders.

I suggest putting a small icon in front of the folder's name, e.g. an empty/half/full circle or so
