Once again, I have reviewed the Issues and PRs, and the condition of the Docs. Most of the original plan has been realised, and the issues addressed. I now present part 5 of our continuing series of tedious lists, Grand Scheme 5. Tyrannokapi's structure document may also prove useful.

95% of the Grand Scheme has been achieved, or is at least documented as an issue. This guiding Doc is no longer needed and can be retired. Welcome to the Future.
