Why sponsor me

I got a lot of experience (~22 years) as a full-stack engineer and now wish to bring my expertise to the Rust open source ecosystem.

What I lack the most is time. Since time is money, having sponsor will let me take less external job and make me focus more on the open source world.

Why only one sponsor tier

The other thing I lack is social skill. I want to be able to communicate with my sponsors and ask them what kind of tier / features should be available to them.

Why Rust

Safety is highly underrated. Junior developer don't think much about it and senior tend to forget about it. Rust is the pinnacle of safety without high performance cost. (More details)
