Our open-source initiative allows our community members to get real, hands-on experience by helping to code, design, write, and project manages our website and internal tools. This provides every member of any skill level with the opportunity to cultivate marketable skills to land their next job.
Every sponsor helps us continue our work to build an open-source community that supports diversity. At Tech By Choice, we understand that underserved individuals in the industry, on average, are underpaid and overworked. We are looking to set the standard by giving 90% of all proceeds will go to our open-source contributors and mentors. 5% will go towards maintaining our infrastructure, with 5% going towards admin fees. ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻✊
