DAMOF organization, will focus on creating a variety of services, protocols and products to be adopted in transportation (public and goods), logistic, delivery as well as smart-cities all of that embracing ideas/needs coming from peoples and/or companies in order to provide something valuable for different entities. Listening and taking in account the needs of different stakeholders will be the main driver for all activities, since too often products on the market have been designed and realized taking in consideration only one stakeholder creating products fulfilled of functionalities never used, too expensive or inaccessible. A good example is coming from public transportation, where simple services such as geo-localization are not accessible to small operators that choice to avoid with the effect that also passengers cannot get any benefits such as to know where is the bus, delay as well as accessing to the schedules and other.

Services will be hosted on AWS and provided as SaaS, most of such services will be available for free to users such as travellers and in mixed mode for companies that requires dedicated resources and effort but in any case with accessible costs. Instead, source code, schematics and in general everything open-sourced will be shared on GitHub.

Initially the focus will be on software services and protocols, but hopeful, as soon as there are enough funds, we will start also creating some awesome devices and even in this case schematics and BOM will be available open sourced, with some restrictions on licences but free to be produced by anyone.
