I got a remote-controlled car for Christmas when I was 7.

Quickly tiring of chasing the dog with it, I sneaked off and took it apart to see how it worked. Sheer joy soon turned to panic when I couldn't put it back together, but it was too late. By then, I was hooked, and would consistently do the same to every toy and piece of electronics I could get my hands on ever since.

Eventually, I learned to put things back together, fix them, make them better. Today, I'm a Problem Solver with a Computer Engineering degree and a passion for creating and building things. Basically, I now get paid to do what I already like to do on my own time (#Winning!).

My greatest strength is adaptability, which combined with my participation in student volunteer groups (e.g. IEEE), provided me with the necessary opportunities to develop strong leadership, planning and communicational skills. I’ve used these skills, along with being fluent in Spanish, to leverage my international experience, successfully working, both on-site and remotely, with distributed teams and clients.

I enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from others. I also enjoy the piano, and performing in bands since age 12.
