Make service UIDs/GIDs fixed

FYI, upgrading from es232_l232_k450 to es234_l234_k453 I noticed that UID of elasticsearch user changed. I have mounted host filesystem directories for logs and data. After updating I did not get any relevant output message to logs (permission denied) and docker console.

Finally after tuning elasticsearch init script to avoid daemon mode I got relevant error.

I think maybe users should have fixed UID settings to avoid this when image change?
