Added extension RepeatMessage (new EnvelopeItem RepeatMessage) PR: #15

My use case requires this functionality as well. I was looking at implementing the retry functionality as well.

I saw that #15 was closed. If nobody continues with the PR, I could take it over and finish it.
What are the plans for this PR right now?
