Out of the box build does not work. Missing several references to the following classes

SupportedModules
Mvc (namespace)
JsonResult
IServiceRouteMapper
IMapRoute
DnnModuleAuthorize

@cschoede I haven't looked at this code in several years. I'm surprised the branch is broken by default, did you build it against DNN 6.2 or something newer? If it was built against DNN 6.2 and needs fixes, I'd be happy to merge a PR.

@sschlesier I built it against DNN 6.2, correct. I'll see if I still have it locally and create a PR
