Wonderful Crash!!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy an executable file (.exe) into the drive created with mirror.exe
2. run the exe file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
system crash (blue screen), and then restarting pc

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.1, WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the best way to test the dokan is creating a windows application 
project with C# on created drive with mirror.exe and click to run the 
application from visual studio.

I'm sorry that I couldn't find this issue before release.
This bug was introduced on this version. I'll release new version immediately.
