Potential memory leak

I experience detached elements when using ninja keys. To show you what I mean I have made a small repro. Use MS Edge and open devtools and the panel called detached elements. Ninja keys is added on the Home page and should be removed on the other views. Ninja keys can not be removed by the garbage collector causing memory leaks.
