The version constraint for base in the test section did not match the rest of the package. Also this causes the package to not build on GHC > 8.2.1 which ships with base 4.10.

@Jassob, thank you very much for your comment. However this fork is no longer under maintenance since right now haskell has more conventional and well-maintained ways to handle Time: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/time-1.8.0.3 Regards! |
