R4.0 seems to work well with shinystan. Only the 3d plots seem to have issues which might be due to the threejs package or igraph on which it is dependent. I’ve opened-up an issue for this and hope to get some response back. This might very well be related to the issue on discourse of shinystan not working with R4.0, although it does for me. For me no data points are showing up in the 3d plots so reinstating them in the updated version at this point is not an option. I was working on getting those back in with divergences marked.
