上传图片，后缀识别区分大小写 #14

ppt导出成图片，默认用的是大写扩展名，例如.GIF/.PNG/.JPG等
编辑器中上传该图片提示不支持的扩展名，手工换成小写才可以。

这是编辑器的bug么？可否修复？

ps：要是能直接上传附件供小伙伴下载查看就更好了。
ps+ps：要是能上传视频可以直接页面播放就更屌了。

修复此bug了；不支持附件和视频；附件请放网盘链接、视频请放优酷链接
