not going to lie, this is a bad way of enumerating necessary RPMs:
773e0be#diff-f4c96a383b38349c7db865fb9cdc9aa9R31-R60

The better way to do this would be to query rpm, iterate through relevant installed packages download updates for all installed packets, in case, say starface-asterisk-debuginfo is installed...
