Package on NPM out of date and throwing errors #20

The package downloaded from NPM still reports Version 0.0.3, and throws errors because of wrong include paths in index.js ("privatekey" instead of "privateKey"). The issue doesnt appear using this version, because the paths in index.js are correct.
