Request to release 315.2.7(?)

Now I'm testing deb hrpsys package for UnstableRTC.
315.2.6 seems not to include the following PR:
fkanehiro/hrpsys-base#347

I'd like to include this PR.
Could you update version?
(Just few days ago, version was upgraded to 315.2.6, sorry...)

Normally we do but the rosdep issue might take awhile. I can work on this tonight if that's not too late, if it is then please go ahead release this.

So we'll release 315.2.8 skipping 315.2.7? Situation is:

• 315.2.7 is ready to be released.
• 315.2.8 release process is started bump version to 315.2.8 fkanehiro/hrpsys-base#368

Well because it was ready, I just released 315.2.7 into rosdistro hydro ros/rosdistro#5999.
