[Feature] Comment section for each Performer, Studio, Tag, and Scene or a basic forum with integration of the latter

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem per se, but adding a comment section for each performer, studio, tag, and scene entry may help to facilitate community growth, to report possible inaccuracies/corrections, exchange of ideas about the specified entry, and would just be interesting all around.

Describe the solution you'd like
Each entry for a performer, studio, tag, and scene would have it's own comment section (discussion thread).

• Each entry would have a dedicated Discussion tab
  • The tab would show a pill counter containing the number of comments if the comment count was greater than 0
• Each comment would have a reply button, up vote button, and down vote button
  • Reply button would tag the author of a specific comment, and notify them with the proposed notification system [Feature] Add a notification system to stash-box #284
  • Obviously, moderator buttons would also be required, to edit (for censoring problematic info such as a performer's real name) or delete a comment
• This should be created in a way that would allow for future expansion into a basic forum
  • Containing a page that would show all comment threads
  • Each entry that has a comment would be it's own discussion thread in the forum index
