Multisite improvements

• Fix alternate locale urls.
  • Fixes hreflang not supported on multi-site #138.
  • Fixes Wrong alternate href #182.
• Add configuration to exclude sites that shouldn't be treated as languages.
  • Closes Add ability to exclude sites that shouldn't be treated as languages #188.
• Pass down augmented site variables in cascade.
  • Fix og:locale and og:locale:alternate to use longer locales (ie en_US instead of en).
  • Ensure hreflang attributes still uses short locales (ie. en).
• Fix tests and add better multisite test coverage.

It is crucial for us to have correct alternate and I can't wait to update our sites.
I don't want to pressure but do you have plans to soon release these fixes?

I can also test them with our sites if that helps you.
