In your paper you say Mamba was trained on DNA (Hg38) and compared to HyenaDNA. Do you release the weights anywhere ?

We are currently not able to release weights; the model has changed slightly since they were run and we don't have the bandwidth to clean up the code + retrain the models. There are some collaborators who are interested in reproducing those results and may be able to help release the code+models at some point.
