[Heat Map] Automatically Set Zoom Level

Depending on the distances of the farthest tags, the heat map should be able to zoom to the correct level to see MOST of the tags on first view.

The map zooms to a very specific level but if the tags are over a bigger campus or area than Madison it could cause issues. Adding a test of the distance between the farthest points from the center should allow us to set the best zoom level rather than a preset value.

Looking into the code, this would probably be more trouble to fix than it's worth, especially considering the heatmap isn't an essential feature.
