[GoogleCodeExporter]

Gin has reached a point where it can be used widely and needs no more
features for production usage. We've been planning to release Gin for a few
months now and it has taken way longer than it should have.

As of this moment there are only two issues blocking releases - issue #67
(a new tutorial application) and issue #60 (static injection overhaul).
Both of these issues have patches pending and only need to be reviewed.

This issues is going to track progress on the release process. If you're
interested in a release, please take some action! Right now I need
reviewers for the blocking issues.
