the test failures are good indicators for now, looking into behavior of generated xdr for seeing same behavior from using the same gen'd xdr in soroban client pr using this version - stellar/js-soroban-client#77 (comment) |

while developing soroban-client to support new rpc simulation on js-soroban-client#77, needed a way to stuff the new SorobanTransactionData from simulation into the transaction during TxBuilder for easier client usage.
