Music won't play for anyone in the lobby when one specific player joins

I'm not the problem player so all I have are the logs and I'm only able to provide limited troubleshooting / help with testing.

When said player is in the lobby the boombox won't play YT music for anyone but it works when they're not connected.
YT boombox doesn't work for them at all even when they're hosting a lobby with no other players connected.
For clarity the log was made with all mods disabled and in a self-hosted empty lobby.
