- 5 Apples, cored, diced
- 3/4 Cups water
- 1 1/2 Cups sugar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- Add apples, water and sugar to pot and boil on medium stuiring constantly until forms a thick consitancy (about 45 min)
- While cooling add cinnamon
- Jar while still warm.
- Completely cool before placing in fridge.
