[BUG] saved course not working

Describe the bug
i have seen this in the closed issues but it isnt working again
i can save the track/course but when i click it and close the menu. it stays on the manual set width.
can it only be used for 1 vehicle per track or ??
the weird thing is that sometime (very rarely ) i can set it one time but when i get in another vehicle it doesnt load when i click the same track in the menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get in vehicle
2. Click on saved track
3. nothing happens , stays on the width and track previously set
4. no error just not working

Expected behavior
changed line to width set on saved track.
