refactor(share): Add a Chinese translation for the project

I hope to be able to translate your project into Chinese so that your pingvin share project can be liked and used by more people. Many Chinese friends are suffering from the difficulty of using without Chinese, and I hope to make contributions to your project.I also hope to get your help in translation. Thank you.

Hey, thank you for your contribution. Unfortunately, I am unable to merge your pull request as it would overwrite the English translation. However there is an open issue #84, which is being addressed by @stautonico to enable the inclusion of multiple languages in the project. Once the issue has been resolved, I would love if you could contribute to the translations. You can just leave a comment there if you want to translate Pingvin Share to Chinese in the future.

I noticed that you have created translations for the README.md and CONTRIBUTION.md files. You are welcome to submit a new pull request for these documents as these are documentations.

I really appreciate the time and effort you have invested. In the future, I recommend creating an issue before creating a pull request to avoid wasting your time.
