Mocking Service Box - Parameter category labels & Ability to add New Custom Parameters

Dear Stoplight Development Team,

Thank you for working on an awesome product!

Our customers (who are also API developers) have asked us for more features in the Elements API Mocking box.

In its current version (as of July, 2023), the API mocking feature in Stoplight Elements front end, although allowing to initialize Request parameters with values, it does not label parameters by categories: Path, Query, and Header :

In the above image, the product-id is actually a Path parameter and following x-yyyy… parameters are headers. Plus, there is currently no facility for adding custom parameters that could also be tested.

What we would like to have is a more categorized view of parameters (Header, Path, Query string) as well as the ability to add custom parameters and values for them, like in this image:

Could you please work on implementing these changes?
