2. check there's no access to root "folders" and data in them

GetBucketLocation tests

1. Create a bucket
2. Call GetBucketLocation (aws --endpoint-url … s3api get-bucket-location --bucket …)
3. Ensure that the created bucket has the necessary location constraint as per the documentation

Deployment's done! Indeed it looks like it's OOMing less in Select edge hosts, but this might also be due to Paul's GOMEMLIMIT change
