Storage/Egress Charts Missing Units on Project Dashboard

Summary

See the below screenshot. Nothing indicates the unit (GB or TB) of Storage and Bandwidth on these graphs. Unless I hover on a point in the graph. In reality, Storage is in TB and bandwidth is in GB. Just looking at the graphs it may look like this project Egress a similar amount to its current Storage, but this is far-far away from the reality.

Acceptance Criteria

• The charts have the following titles with units:
  • "Storage (TB)" and "Bandwidth (TB)" or "Storage (GB)" and "Bandwidth (GB)"
