I assume we need to fill 4 tables with data: bucket_bandwidth_rollups, bucket_storage_tallies, project_bandwidth_rollups, project_bandwidth_daily_rollups

Out of scope. We have a command to create a usage history for invoice generation. That means we can move forward with any billing or token payment tests. This ticket might still be usefull for testing the satellite UI project dashboard but we have executed these tests on the QA satellite already. This means this ticket has a lower priority for us and will most likely not be worked on any time soon.
