Migration guide for 4.16 and more is absent #1984

Describe the bug

All previous versions have migration guides, but not versions 4.16.* and 4.17.*

Hi @abaksha-sc,
As stated in the Migration guides page, if there is no migration guide it's because there are no breaking changes, so you only need to follow the generic Upgrade guide.
