I tried to install vega and i had this error :
An error has occurred. See the log file
/home/edward/Desktop/vega/configuration/1611278804021.log.
Note : I already install libwebkitgtk-1.0

java version :
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=on -Dswing.aatext=true
openjdk version "11.0.10-ea" 2021-01-19
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 11.0.10-ea+8-post-Debian-1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.0.10-ea+8-post-Debian-1, mixed mode, sharing)

an im unsing kali linux

Vega is only running with Java 8 so you would need to switch to that. You could also use the installer script for vega provided here: #188
