无法自动捕获视频，下载按钮不显示，无法下载除html外的其他文件，想尝试卸载重装，但是软件会记录使用数据，不知道怎么删除软件使用过的所有数据重新安装

已解决。使用最新版的即可。之前是网上下载的2020版本，刚刚下了最新的。ok了
