[Feature Request]: Support multi plot farming

At the moment, CLI only supports single plot farming.
To support multi plot farming, we have to do the following:

• change the init process, so that user can enter multiple plot directories and sizes
• change the read from config function, so it can parse the config with multiple directories and sizes supplied
• change the farm function api
