Czech language not working in 3.5.X

Hi,
I have noticed that Czech language translation is not reflected in Sumatra user interface in 3.5.X versions.
The same is valid for Slovak and possible other languages.. The language settings is correctly choosen.

all commands start as American :-)
the needed translations are provided by volunteers and can vary with each release however currently should be up to date

@kjk I agree Czech is non functional in current pre-release also an issue in formal release

At the time I made 3.5.2 release, Czech translation was incomplete enough to be below inclusion threshold.

If I make 3.5.3, it'll be included.

Thank you for your reactions. I checked the translation page few weeks ago and it was pretty completed, so good to hear it will be included in future versions.

Would it be possible to include Czech in the prelease? When the translation is 100% complete?
