Create the Default Application Layout that must provide the basic structure to the Sumé LMS content and navigation.

Just to add a piece of extra information here... The very, very basic structure is already built and can be found the the src/layouts/Default. 🎉 So, basically, the only thing that is really necessary is to extend the current implementation, which should be pretty easy.
