CPU usage 100% on video call in ARMv7 Processor ( LG-E730 ) #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.make video call
2.click option and send video
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Quality video,less CPU usage

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.3.4
Imsdroid v 2.0.491

Please provide any additional information below.

Which audio and video codecs are you using?

Audio codec PCMU and tested video codec MPEG4,H.263,H.264 ( all codec same 
result )

After analyzing the video call found that always 1st video call taking normal 
cpu 15 to 30%.from second call only it goes to 100%.kindly give me fix as soon 
as possible.
