图片大拖拽会卡顿 #16

我用Taro.chooseImage({
sizeType: ['original']})，使用original模式，然后把图片链接传给TaroCropper。
这时候在拖拽图片的时候会卡顿。如果使用compressed模式就正常。
应该是图片大小导致拖拽卡顿的。
