Update zenodo.json for 2.0

The way this now works is inserting any missing names, and sorting by commit count. If one wants to include affiliation or ORCID information, this needs to be manually done in the .zenodo.yaml file, and this will persist. Fixes #4210

TODO:

• Check no-one has disappeared
• Check for duplicate names and update .mailmap appropriately
• @mention any new people in case to see if they would like to add an ORCID and/or affiliation
