Summary of major changes:

• supabase/config.json is deprecated in favor of supabase/config.toml
  • Projects using supabase/config.json will have it automatically converted to its supabase/config.toml equivalent (for now)
  • supabase init will now output a supabase/config.toml
  • docs pending
• Config is now extended. Worthy mentions are:
  • API configs: schemas, extra_search_path, max_rows
  • Auth configs: site_url, enable_signup, email.enable_confirmations, etc.
  • External auth providers
• inbucket.port is now mandatory
  • little reason to keep it optional
