PmonoStream should expose node ID #2375

Advanced uses of Pmono may require access to its internal node ID or IDs. A common use case would be getting a PmonoStream to stop sending /n_set messages if the node frees itself.

Formerly, ~callback was valid only for event type \on. But there's
no reason why it shouldn't be valid for other event types. So,
let's make it general.

Addresses supercollider#2375 and possibly other issues.
